Autopilot now serves more of your home

An expanded selection of recurring services for your home with pre-negotiated, upfront pricing. Plus, a new Visits calendar, Requests tab, and more in-app.

✨ Autopilot: now with specialized services

Autopilot remains one of our most popular membership benefits. It allows you to set-and-forget the most common (and frustrating-to-manage) recurring services for your home, leaving the scheduling, vendors, and parts procurement to Casa.

Today, we're expanding Autopilot to cover even more essential services for your home: those that require specialized vendors. With pre-negotiated, upfront pricing based on our knowledge of your home, you can now automate chores like water heater maintenance, trash can cleaning, piano tuning, backflow testing, HVAC maintenance, and more with a single tap.

These services (with more to follow in the coming weeks) will be arranged by your Concierge team and performed by our trusted vendors. We couldn't be more excited to serve more of your home.

📆 Visits calendar

The new Visits tab gives you a dedicated calendar view of upcoming and past work at your home.

You can now see handyman visits, recurring vendor visits, completed work, and visit details in one place. We've also made Google Calendar syncing easier to access, directly from the new Visits tab.

💬 Requests tab

We're continuing to simplify the Requests experience and make delegating things to Casa feel more natural.

Requests are now organized into Active and To-Do, giving you a clearer view of what Casa is working on, what needs your reply, and which handyman items are ready to be scheduled.

Request details have also been refreshed with clearer status indicators, richer summaries, and faster access to related visits, invoices, purchases, attachments, and messages.

👷‍♂️ Updated handyman task details

Handyman tasks now feature a revised detail page which better showcases relevant media and updates from our team. Editing titles and descriptions is now simpler with inline editing (just tap to edit).

In addition, scheduling handyman work is now more flexible. When an item can be added to an already-scheduled, upcoming handyman visit, we'll give you the option to do so first, helping you consolidate work into fewer visits whenever possible.

The little things

  • A new Help Center (found under Profile) includes useful information about your membership and included services
  • Invoices have a refreshed design to emphasize clarity, and now link back to their source
  • Home member relationships to the primary home member can now be updated in-app, including a new "Assistant" option for household assistants, caretakers, or other trusted helpers who support your home
  • Improved guidance when push notifications are turned off
  • Improved media viewing for photos, videos, and attachments
  • Additional visual polish throughout the app
