Premium adds Casa Concierge, a dedicated team that takes bigger projects from start to finish: finding the right pros, collecting and negotiating quotes, and managing the work. It also has 1.5 hours of handyman time a month instead of 1, a larger mailbox, and your first home inventory visit.
Plus includes 1 hour of handyman time a month, and Premium includes 1.5 hours. Unused time lasts 3 months on Plus and 6 months on Premium, so you can save it for a bigger job. Extra time is billed at membership rates listed above.
Premium can be paid yearly for $2,189, which is 1 month free. Plus is paid monthly.
Yes. Moving up to Premium starts right away, and you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. Moving to Plus takes effect when your plan renews.
Extra handyman time is billed at membership rates listed above, and on Plus your first home inventory visit is $199. Vendor and materials costs are separate, and you approve them before any work begins. We never take commissions or kickbacks from vendors.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts, initiation fees, or cancellation fees. When you cancel, your membership ends at the close of your current billing period.
