Meet Casa AI, a new assistant built into the app that fully understands your home and let's you answer questions and get things done. It works alongside Casa Concierge, giving you an even easier way to delegate work to us, while our expert team continues to handle the work and coordination that needs a human touch.

This is an early version of what we believe will become the single most powerful tool to manage your home. You’ll find it in the new chat icon in the bottom-right of your screen.

Some inspiration prompts to get started with Casa AI:

• Drop in a list of things you need to get done – or snap a photo of your handwritten list – and Casa AI will turn them into To-Do's
• Ask about the status of recent Concierge requests or upcoming visits
• Analyze your recent utility bills
• Ask what maintenance plans Casa recommends for your home through Autopilot

You can now keep a list of things you want to get done in your home, and delegate to Casa only once you’re ready to start working on them.

Add items to your new To-Do list in Requests. Once you add an item, Casa AI will quickly analyze it and ask any relevant follow-up questions (like which room you’re referring to, or more details on what’s wrong) – so that it has all the details we need to get it done right.

From there, you can either book a handyman visit for your simpler items, or send the complex ones to Concierge.

(And yes, you can now reorder items by dragging and dropping!)

You’re now able to add and remove items from your Home Inventory, directly from the app.

Tap the "+" button in your Inventory tab to get started. Take a couple photos of virtually any appliance, electronic, lighting fixture, and more in your house, and Casa AI will automatically detect the item and fill in essential details.

We’ve completely redesigned navigation across the app to make it easier for you to access all of your membership benefits, and to understand which areas need your attention.

  • Invoices now include detailed payment disbursement status to your vendors, so you can understand when they receive their funds

• Requests

  • We’ve clarified section headers like “Waiting for you” to make it easier to understand what needs your attention
  • Change the emoji of any item on your To-Do list
