To join and gain access to our network, we need a few documents and agreements on file. You can get started now.

Once the homeowner pays, funds are transferred to you quickly via same-day ACH transfer, credit card payment or mailed check.
A completed and signed W-9 so tax purposes. so we can properly report payments to your business for tax purposes.
Your COI must list ‘Casa Technologies, Inc.’ as an Additional Insured so you’re fully covered while working in our homeowners’ homes.
All estimates and contracts remain in your company’s name and addressed to the homeowner’s name.
