Mailbox & Home Documents

Meet Mailbox, a private mailing address included with your membership. Use it for your banks, subscriptions, and other mail to keep your home address private and receive physical mail in-app. We filter out the junk and open, scan, and summarize your mail, so you can skip the sorting and get straight to what needs your attention.

Whether you're at home or away on vacation, your mail is right there in the Casa app. Scans stay available forever, so you can come back to an important letter whenever you need it. And for the rare moments you need the paper copy, you can forward items to your home, too.

Open Mailbox from the app menu to claim your address and get started.

Your home's most useful information often lives in documents you haven't opened since you moved in: inspection reports, seller disclosures, plans, and more.

You can now keep these together in Home Documents, found under Inventory → Docs. Upload your files and Casa AI will help organize them, identifying the document type, date, and a useful name.

For documents like inspection reports, Casa AI also looks for work your home may need and turns those findings into suggested To-Do's, with references back to the original pages. Review the suggestions, add the ones you'd like to take on, and mark anything you've already handled.

It's a new way to put the information you already have about your home to work.

You can now follow your handyman visit progress live with new Live Activities on your iPhone.

Once a visit begins, you'll see who's working, what's underway, how many items have been completed, and how long the visit has been running. Updates appear as the work progresses, with a tap taking you straight to the visit in Casa.

Working with Concierge to book vendor appointments? Sharing your availability just got simpler.

When our team needs to arrange a visit, you can now select time ranges that work for you directly from your conversation. Drag to adjust your availability, and update it anytime if your plans change. Your existing Casa visits appear alongside your selections.

If you've connected Google Calendar to Casa, you can also display your other events to make finding a good time easier. From there, Concierge handles the coordination with your vendor.
