Design Refresh, Home Feed, and app-wide enhancements

We're upgrading nearly every element of Casa to level up your membership experience. We've refreshed the app's design, introduced an all-new Home Feed with dynamic content to help you get the most out of your membership, revamped Recurring Vendors to help you manage your regulars in-app, made it easier to see your billing activity all in one place, and much more.

🎨 Design Refresh

In today's release, you'll find a wave of design updates that refine the look, feel, and usability of Casa. These include gorgeous new typefaces, color palettes, support for Liquid Glass on iOS 26, and a new style of imagery worthy of an app serving your home.

📰 Home Feed

We're introducing a new Home Feed to the app with dynamic content that showcases activity from across the app and helps you get the most from your membership.

A preview of the content you'll see starting today: updates to your home inventory, reminders to use available handyman credit, lifetime membership savings, trends from your utility bills, tracked packages and upcoming pickups, and much more.

🍃 Recurring Vendors

We love helping you save time by centralizing scheduling and payments of your recurring vendors in-app, and are rolling out a few enhancements to make this membership benefit even more useful for you.

First, we've improved the flow to add new vendors with fewer steps, more flexible schedule options, and clearer onboarding status.

Next, each vendor now has a dedicated email address they can use to send ad-hoc invoices at any time for your approval and payment in-app – even for vendors who are traditionally paid per-visit.

And last, we're enabling ongoing edits to vendor schedules directly in-app, so you don't need to contact Concierge when changes to your visit cadence are necessary.

💳 Membership & Billing

Today's release includes a redesigned overview of your membership, including a breakdown of all of your benefits, lifetime savings, and easy access to your next billing date.

And by popular demand, we've also introduced a new Billing area that provides a single, consolidated view of all payments made from across the Casa experience, including membership renewals, item purchases, handyman visits, and other vendor expenses.

💬 Requests

We're continuing to simplify the Requests experience and make delegating things to Casa a joy.

Your handyman credits are now always accessible at the top of the Requests tab, even when empty. Timestamps are thoughtfully displayed throughout your chats, similar to iMessage. We've improved the design of the "type selection" when making a new request.

Also, your Scheduling Preferences are no longer limited to Autopilot. Set them once in your home settings, and Concierge will leverage them when scheduling other visits, too.

📦 Packages

Package pickups and tracking have never been more popular with members.

We're introducing an "auto-archive" preference, which allows you to set a number of days after which delivered packages in your list will automatically clear, keeping the focus on active packages.

We've also improved the design for package pickups when you have packages ready for pickup over the course of two weeks. Pickup location preferences also now remain visible to make them easier to update from week to week.
